The Director of Vietnam National Satellite Center
On September 16, 2011, the Vietnam National Satellite Center (VNSC), belonging to Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (VAST), was established in the Hoa Lac Hi-Tech Park. Dr. Pham Anh Tuan, the director of the VNSC, talked about the long term plan, the expected role, overall structure and international cooperation of the VNSC as well as the strategic long-range plan for the aerospace field up to 2020 established in Vietnam.
